Privacy & Terms
Privacy
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions (collectively, this "Policy") describe how Imprinted and its related entities collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information in connection with our websites, software‑as‑a‑service (SaaS) platforms, fintech products, health‑tech products, and related services.
"Imprinted", "we", "us", or "our" means, collectively: Imprinted Holdings, LLC; Imprinted MGMT, LLC; Imprinted Masters, LLC; Imprinted Publishing, LLC; Imprinted Productions, LLC; FASECO, LLC; Stagecare, LLC; any and all current and future subsidiaries or affiliates of any of the foregoing; and any and all "doing business as" (DBA) names used by any of the foregoing.
We operate as a venture studio that launches, owns, and/or manages multiple portfolio companies across software, financial technology, and health‑technology verticals. This Policy applies, as relevant, to:
- Any current or future portfolio company in which Imprinted holds an ownership interest or to which Imprinted provides shared services (e.g., technology, operations, finance, compliance, or marketing support).
- Any website, web application, mobile application, SaaS platform, fintech product, or health‑tech product operated or provided by Imprinted or such portfolio companies that links to this Policy.
Where a portfolio company maintains its own privacy policy or terms for a particular product or jurisdiction, that product‑specific policy or terms will govern if there is a conflict with this Policy for that product.
"Site" means www.imprintedgroup.com and any other online service operated by Imprinted that links to this Policy.
By accessing or using the Site or any covered product or service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or related services.
2. Information we collect

2.2 SaaS and platform data
For SaaS and platform products, we may also process:

2.3 Fintech data

- Transaction data: Transaction history, balances, invoices, payouts, payment instructions, and counterparties.
- Verification and compliance data: Know‑your‑customer (KYC), know‑your‑business (KYB), identity document information, sanctions screening results, and other compliance‑related information where required by law.
2.4 Health‑related (non‑HIPAA) data
For health‑tech and wellness products that are not currently operating as HIPAA "covered entities" or "business associates," we may collect:
- Self‑reported health and wellness information: Lifestyle inputs, goals, and subjective wellness scores you choose to provide.
- Usage data from devices or apps: Where you enable integrations, we may receive usage or sensor data from health‑related apps, wearables, or connected devices.
- Program and scheduling data: Appointment information, program enrollment, and engagement metrics for coaching, wellness, or similar services.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a product‑specific notice, this health‑related information is not treated as "protected health information" (PHI) under HIPAA and is handled under this Policy and general consumer privacy laws. If, in the future, any Imprinted entity becomes a HIPAA covered entity or business associate, we will provide additional HIPAA‑specific notices and agreements that will govern the handling of PHI for that product.
2.5 Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from:
- Business customers or administrators who configure our SaaS, fintech, or health‑tech products for organizational use.
- Third‑party identity, analytics, marketing, or payment providers, where permitted by law and by your settings with those providers.
- Publicly available sources, regulators, and other third parties for fraud prevention, compliance, and due‑diligence purposes.
3. How we use information
We use personal data for the following purposes:
- Providing and maintaining services: Delivering, operating, and supporting the Site and all related products and services.
- Account administration: Creating and managing accounts, authenticating users, providing onboarding and support.
- Product improvement: Monitoring performance, fixing bugs, improving features, and developing new products and services.
- Communications: Sending transactional messages (such as confirmations, notices, technical updates), customer support responses, and, where permitted, marketing communications.
- Compliance and risk management: Meeting legal and regulatory obligations, including financial and sector‑specific requirements, and performing fraud monitoring and risk assessments.
- Security: Protecting the security and integrity of systems, preventing unauthorized access, and detecting and responding to security incidents.
- Analytics and business operations: Understanding usage trends, measuring effectiveness of features and campaigns, and supporting strategic decisions.
Where required (such as under GDPR‑style laws), we rely on legal bases that may include consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests (balanced against your rights).
4. Data processing on behalf of customers
For many SaaS, fintech, and health‑tech offerings, Imprinted or a portfolio company acts as a "processor," "service provider," or similar role on behalf of a business customer, which remains the "controller" or "business" for certain data.
- In that role, we process customer data only according to that customer's instructions, the applicable agreement, and this Policy.
- Where required by law, we will enter into a data processing agreement (DPA) or equivalent contract with the customer, which will govern the processing of personal data in connection with that service.
- If there is a conflict between this Policy and a DPA for customer‑controlled data, the DPA will control.
5. Shared services and intra‑group sharing
Imprinted uses shared teams, platforms, and infrastructure across its portfolio of companies. We may share data:
- Among Imprinted Holdings, LLC; Imprinted MGMT, LLC; Imprinted Masters, LLC; Imprinted Publishing, LLC; Imprinted Productions, LLC; FASECO, LLC; Stagecare, LLC; any and all future subsidiaries or affiliates; and all DBAs, to provide shared services such as engineering, product, finance, compliance, legal, security, operations, and marketing.
- Across portfolio companies when necessary to deliver integrated products, white‑labeled solutions, or joint offerings you or your organization choose to use.
- Within centralized systems—such as authentication, billing, CRM, and analytics platforms—used across the venture studio, subject to internal access controls, purpose limitations, and security safeguards.
All intra‑group sharing is subject to this Policy and, where applicable, additional contractual obligations requiring comparable confidentiality and security.
6. SMS privacy and messaging
6.1 SMS data we collect
If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from us, we may collect:
- Your mobile phone number.
- Your name or other identifiers you provide in connection with your SMS enrollment.
- Message content, logs of messages sent and received, delivery status, and interaction data (such as whether you replied or clicked links).
- Timestamps and frequency of messages.
6.2 SMS consent, opt‑out, and help
- By providing your mobile number and explicitly opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Imprinted at the number you provide. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
- You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying "STOP" (or as otherwise instructed in the message); you may receive a final confirmation text.
- To request help regarding SMS programs, you may reply "HELP" or contact us using the information in the "Contact us" section.
6.3 SMS data use and disclosure
We use SMS‑related data to:
- Send you transactional messages, alerts, reminders, and, where permitted, marketing messages.
- Operate, maintain, and improve our messaging programs and customer support.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Imprinted may disclose personal data and other information related to SMS programs as follows:
- Third parties that help provide the messaging service: We will not share your opt‑in to an SMS short code campaign with a third party for purposes unrelated to supporting you in connection with that campaign. We may share your personal data with third parties that help us provide the messaging service, including, but not limited to, platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
- Affiliates and subsidiaries: We may disclose personal data to our affiliates or subsidiaries (including all entities listed in Section 1 and any future subsidiaries or affiliates and DBAs). If we do so, their use and disclosure of your personal data will be subject to this Policy.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and personalize content or advertising where permitted by law.
You may be able to configure your browser to block or notify you about cookies; however, some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
8. How we share information
In addition to the SMS‑specific restrictions above, we may share data:
- Within the Imprinted group of companies and DBAs, as described in Sections 1 and 5.
- With service providers and vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, infrastructure, analytics, payment processing, customer support, email/SMS delivery, and marketing support.
- With financial institutions, payment networks, and other regulated partners necessary to provide fintech products and comply with related regulations.
- In connection with a corporate transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- To comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental requests, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Imprinted, our users, or others.
9. Data security and retention
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including:
- Encryption in transit and, where appropriate, at rest.
- Role‑based access controls and logging of access to production systems.
- Network and application security controls, vulnerability management, and monitoring.
- Vendor risk management and data protection commitments with material subprocessors.
- Internal policies, training, and incident response procedures.
No security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access or request a copy of your personal data.
- Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
- Object to or request restriction of certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (including SMS marketing).
You can exercise these rights by contacting us as described in the "Contact us" section. We may need to verify your identity and may deny or limit requests where permitted by law.
You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those emails, and you can opt out of SMS marketing by following the instructions in Section 6.
11. Children's privacy
The Site and our general‑audience products are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or other minimum age under applicable law), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child in violation of law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
12. International data transfers
If you access the Site or our services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. Those locations may have data protection laws different from those of your jurisdiction.
Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or similar mechanisms) for cross‑border transfers.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and may provide additional notice or seek consent where required by law. Your continued use of the Site or services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
